Vastu Shastra for Building Home
Vastu shastra is the ancient science of controlling the sorroundings such as soil, buildings, trees, plants to the benificial effects of the family or person.vastu involves the combination and balancing of five eand lements of nature to create a balance inside home.
House as per Vastu
Vastu Plot :-
Vastu Prefers a square or rectangular plot. A rectangular plot should have double the length when compared to breadth. The length is prefered towards the east.
Soil and Vastu :-
Soil is only second to plot shape in deciding the quality of the land. The land soil should be white if you are involved in an intellectual level of buisiness.Red soil is suited for administrative professionals and ruling class.
Vastu and East facing plot:-
The house entrance should be facing east direction as this is the direction for sun rise. This recieves maximum sunrise and carries maximum benifits.
Septic Tank and Pits:
The building plan and construction should be carried out in a clock wise direction. It should be taken care that the position of septic tank and other pits should be carefully pre - determined. This is of atmost importance while carrying out builiding construction.
Space around Building :-
Space around building should be cleared of all the clutter. It could be all the irregularities in the plain should be cleared and it should be a straight line.
Location of well or boring well:
The ideal location for boring well is in the northwest corner of the house. This is the water fcorner of the house, if you can find water source in this space it is considered auspicious.
