Ingredients for Pineapple Sweet Keasri
Pineapple ¼ fruit
Rava 1 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Ghee ¼ cup
Oil 1 tsp
Pineapple essence 2 tsp
Yellow food colour ¼ tsp
Cashews few
How to Prepare Pineapple Sweet Keasri
1. Peel the skin and chop the pineapple to pieces. Add sugar to the pieces and keep aside for half an hour
2. Roast the rava in 2 tsp of ghee
3. Add the rest of the ghee to the kadhai and fry the cashews and keep aside and add three cups of water to the ghee and bring it to boil, add food colour
4. Add rava and stir without any lumps and sim after rava is cooked
5. Add the pineapple and sugar mixture to the cooking rava and mix well
6. While it starts thickening add the essence and the fried cashes and serve
