How to cook Banana paniyaram

Banana-paniyaram

Banana-paniyaram is one of my favorite south Indian snack.Banana-paniyaram is a very good paniyaram .Banana-paniyaram recipe is

tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

Green ripe bananas 2
Raw rice 2 cup
Jaggery 2 cup
Cardamon powder 1 pinch
Sodium bi carbonate2 pinch
Ghee or oil ¼ cup


Preparation

1. Wash and soak the rice for three hours
2. Grind it in the mixer softly
3. Add jaggery, bananas and grind it with the rice
4. Add cardamon powder and sodium bi carbonate to the batter
5. Heat the paniyara tava and pour the batter to half in each holes
6. Turn it carefully to the other side and ghee to both sides. Once cooked serve it hot.
