Chopped Araikeerai 1 Cup, Chopped Onion ¼ Cup, Green Gram Dhall 50 Gm, Coriander Powder ½ Tsp, Butter 1 Tsp, Garlic 2 Pieces
Jeera Powder ½ Tsp, Tomato 2, Water ½ Litre, Lemon Juice 2 Tsp, Salt, Pepper To Taste.

1. Cook The Dhall To Smash


2. Saute Onion And Garlic In Butter And Add Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder, Chopped Tomatoes


3. Add The Chopped Keerai And Two To Three Cups Of Water And Boil Well


4. When The Vegetables Are Cooked Add Salt And Pepper Powder


5. Before Switching Off Add The Lemon Juice And Serve
