Ingredients of Mini Sweet Corn Samosa Recipe
Fresh corn kennels 1 cup, Onion 2, Tomato 1, Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp, Pepper powder as required, Salt to taste, Maida 1 cup, Oil to deep fry
Preparation of Mini Sweet Corn Samosa Recipe
1. Add little salt to the maida and make it into a dough by adding water
2. Heat oil in a kadhai add chopped onions and saute till half done
3. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and corn kennels and saute for 3 minutes
4. Add required pepper and salt and coriander leaves and leave it to cool
5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll as small chappathis and place required masala inside it
6. Apply water on the edges and fold it as pouches
7. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry till golden brown.
