Ingredients
Green chilli 500gm
Sour curd 100 ml
Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Remove the stems from green chilli and put it in a bowl
2. Add the sour curd to the chilli and required salt and mix well
3. Keep them covered by a cloth for one day
4. The next day transfer them to a flat plate and dry them well in the sunlight till crisp and store in containers and whenever needed fry in oil and serve
