Ingredients for Pazham pori

Naendhira fruits ( eithka )2

Maida 11/2 cup

Coconut milk ½ cup

Sugar 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Yellow colour a pinch

Oil to deep fry

How to Prepare Pazham pori | Banana Bajji

1. Peel and slice the bananas like the pieces for bajji

2. Mix all the other ingredients to a bajji like batter

3. Dip the pieces one by one in the batter and deep fry in oil
