 Ingredients of Gujarati kadi kadhi Recipe

Curd 2 cups   
Water 1 cup   
Besan flour 2 tsp   
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp   
Chilli powder ½ tsp   
Asafoetida 1 pinch   
Onion 2   
Sugar ¼ tsp   
Salt to taste   
Chopped coriander 2 tsp   
Oil 2 tsp   


Prepare Gujarati kadi kadhi Recipe

1. Heat oil in a kadhai add chopped onions, chilli powder, asafoetida and saute    
2. Mix curd, water, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and besan flour thoroughly without any lumps
3. Add this mixture to the sauted onions and mix well. Allow it to boil for two to three minutes
