Curry leaves few
Salt to taste

Preparation

1. Chop the onions, chilli and curry leaves
2. Soak the dhall for one hour and grind it coarsely along with peeled ginger and salt
3. Mix all the ingredients together and apply as small pakodas in oil and deep fry till crisp

4. The next day transfer them to a flat plate and dry them well in the sunlight till crisp and store in containers and whenever needed fry in oil and serve
