Ingredients for Amla | Gooseberry pickle Recipe

amla 2, chilli powder 1 tsp, oil 2 tsp, turmeric powder a pinch, salt to taste

 

Preparation of Amla | Gooseberry pickle Recipe

1. Deseed and chop the amla to small fine pieces


2. Heat oil in a pan add little mustard and the chopped pieces and saute


3. Add the chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and saute for few mins till the amla pieces are cooked in oil and serve
