Besan flour 1 cup, Ragi flour ¼ cup, Any spinach 1 bunch, Green chilli 2, Ginger a small piece, Onion 1, Turmeric powder ¼ tsp, Salt to taste, Oil 2 tsp, Baking soda ¼ tsp
Preparation of healthy spinach omelets Recipe | make omelette recipe
1. Clean, wash and finely chop spinach, onion, ginger and green chillies
2. Mix besan flour, ragi flour, turmeric powder, salt and baking soda together
3. Mix all the ingredients together by adding water to the consistency of idli batter and apply as small dosas on a tava and fry on both sides by adding oil
