Ingredients for paneer tikka masala recipe
Paneer 200gms, Capsicum 1, Onion 1, Tomato 1, Curd 1 tsp, Gi nger garlic paste ½ tsp, Chilli powder ½ tsp, Jeera powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ¼ tsp, Salt to taste, Lemon juice ½ tsp, Oil as required
Preparation of paneer tikka masala recipe
1. Cut paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato of equal size pieces
2. Mix all the powder to the curd and ginger garlic paste
3. Mix that curd to the paneer pieces and marinate for 1 hour
4. Bake the paneer pieces in an oven for 15-20 mins
5. If no oven deep fry those pieces in oil and keep it aside
6. Heat 1 tsp of oil and saute the chopped capsicum, onion and tomatoes and add to the fried paneer
7. Sprinkle lemon juice and coriander and serve
