Ingredients of Boiled Egg fry | Thalippu | bhurji

Boiled egg 4
Oil 25 gm
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste

Preparation of Boiled Egg fry | Thalippu | bhurji

1. Slice the boiled eggs horizontally
2. Mix chilli powder and salt in a bowl by adding little water
3. Heat oil in a kadhai add curry leaves and mustard
4. Add the chilli salt water andboil it and add the cooked egg slices and mix well on both sides till the water drains out
