Ingredients for How to cook Indian kerala chicken stew recipe

Boned chicken pieces 250 gm
Potato 1
Onion 100 gm
Coconut milk 200 ml
Carrot 1
Salt to taste

 

For thalikka:


Oil 2 tsp
Onion 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlicpaste 2 tsp
Coriander chopped 2tsp
Green chilli 4
Curry leaves few

 

Preparation of How to cook Indian kerala chicken stew recipe

1. Chop and wash the chicken and keep aside


2. In a pan add oil add onions, chilli, ginger garlicpaste and saute


3. Add the cleaned chicken pieces, turmeric powder and little water and cook it


4. When the chicken is half cooked add chopped carrot, potato and required salt and close the lid and cook till the pieces are cooked


5. Add the coconut milk and bring toboil once and garnish with chopped coriander and curry leaves
