besan flour ¼ cup, onion 1, coriander few springs, green chilli 4, curd 1 cup, sour curd 1 tsp, salt to taste, oil 5 tsp, mustard ¼ tsp, asafoetida ¼ tsp, curry leaves few

Preparation of South Indian Thayir Bonda | Bajji Pachadi Recipes ( bonda Thayir Pachadi Recipe , Vankaya Bajji Pachadi )

1. Add chopped onion, chilli, coriander, salt, a spoon of curd and little water to the besan flour and mix to the consistency of boanda and deep fry the batter as boandas in oil
2. Add the hot boandas to the curd. Add required salt to the curd
3. Heat oil and saute mustard, asafoetida and curry leaves and add to the curd and mix well and serve
follow the same procedure as above but replace the boanda or pakoda by any type of bajjis accoring to our taste and serve
