Mutton liver ½ kg
Oil 3-4 tsp
Red chilli 3-4
Salt to taste
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Onions 3
Green chilli 2-3
Curry leaves few
Preparation of Chettinad mutton liver fry | varuval recipe recipe
1. Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onions, green chilli and the dry chilli and saute till it turns golden brown
2. Add the chopped garlic and the chopped liver pieces
3. Add required salt and water and close the pan and cook till it turns tender and then garnish with curry leaves and coriander and serve
