Ingredients
Cabbage chopped 2 cups
Chana dhall 2 tsp
Onion2
Kobbira karam 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard, urad dhall, jeera and curry leaves little
Red chilli 1
Turmeric powder a pinch
Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Soak the chana dhall for ten mins
2. Cook the chana dhall, cabbage with little water, salt and turmeric powder
3. When cooked drain the excess water
4. Heat oil and saute with little mustard, jeera and urad dhall and a red chilli and add chopped onions and saute till golden brown
5. Add the cooked cabbage and saute till the water is absorbed and then add the kobbira karam and mix well and cook for two mins and then serve
