Ingredients
Beetroot 2
Onions 2
Kobbira karam 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard, urad dhall, jeera and curry leaves little
Red chilli 1
Preparation
1. Peel, wash and chop the beetroots to fine pieces
2. Heat oil in a kadhai add mustard, urad dhall, red chilli and jeera and saute
3. Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown
4. Add the chopped beetroot pieces, little salt and cook on a medium flame closed with a lid
5. Stir inbetween till the pieces are cooked. When the pieces are cooked add the kobbira karam powder and mix well and cook for two more mins and serve
