Coriander seeds 4 tsp
Jeera 2 tsp
Thymol seeds 1 tsp
Red chillies 4
Black salt crystals 3 tsp
Citric acid ½ tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Black or white pepper 1 tsp
Preparation of chat | chaat masala powder recipe
1. Roast coriander, jeera and thymol seeds along with red chillies
2. Grind all the ingredients together in a mixerand store in dry containers
