Ingredients
Nethili Fish 2 Cups
Onion 2
Cinthakku Powder 2-3 Tsp
Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil 3 Tsp
Coriander Leaves Few Springs
Tamarind Juice ½ Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste
Preparation
1. Remove The Heads And Tails Of Nethili Fish And Wash Them And Drain The Excess Water
2. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Chopped Onions And Saute Till Golden Brown
3. Add The Ginger Garlic Paste, Cleaned Fishes, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cinthakku Powder And Tamarind Juice And A Little Water And Cook For 7-10 Mins.
4. When The Pieces Are Cooked And The Gravy Gets Thickened Serve With Garnished Coriander
