Aloo Manchurian

Description
Aloo Manchurian is an Indian curry instantly recognizable for its main ingredient potato. Aloo Manchurian is the best appetizer if you are looking for a filling diet.
Ingredients
Big potato 2
Cornflour ½ cup
Maida 1 tsp
Rice flour 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Kesari powder a pinch
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Big onion 1
Green chilli 2
Chopped coriander 2 tsp
Oil 11/2 cup
Preparation
1. Peel the skin of potatoes, wash and cut them into 2x1 inch pieces
2. In a bowl add maida, cornflour, rice flour, salt and chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, red kesari colour and mix well
3. Add little water and potato pieces and mix well and marinate for 1 hour
4. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pieces till crisp
5. In another pan heat 2 tsp of oil
6. Cut the onions as big squares, chilli and add to the oil
7. Add soya sauce and saute and add the fried potato pieces and mix well
8. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
