Ingredients for preparing Peas Pulao| Pulav

Basmati rice 2 cup
Peas ½ cup
Onion 2
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 2
Cardamon 2
Ghee 2 tsp
Green chilli 4
Pudhina 1 bunch
Coriander ½ bunch
Grated coconut ½ cup
Ginger a small piece
Garlic 5 pieces

How to Prepare Peas Pulao Recipe

1. Heat a tsp of oil and saute ginger, garlic, pudhina, coriander, green chillies and coconut grind to a fine paste
2. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour and cook and keep aside
3. Chop the onions horizontally
4. Heat oil and ghee and add cinnamon, cardamon and cloves and saute
5. Add onions, salt, peas and grinded paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off
6. Add lemon juice and cooked rice if needed some more salt and mix the rice and close the lid and cook on sim for few mins and then serve hot
