Basmati rice 1 cup
Red cabbage ¼ cup
Red capsicum ¼ cup
Green calsicum ¼ cup
Carrot ¼ cup
Beans ¼ cup
Springs of onions ¼ cup
Onions ½ cup


Preparation of singapore fried rice recipe


1. Heat a kadhai add 1 tsp of oil and fry the soaked basmati rice for two minutes and transfer to the pressure pan
2. Add oil to the kadhai and fry all the chopped vegetables except springs along with the masala powders and add to the pan
3. Add two cups of water and cook till two whistles
4. Garnish with chopped springs
