Ingredients for south Indian jeera rice | jeera pulao recipe
basmati rice 2 cup
green chilli 2
salt to taste
jeera 1 tsp
ghee 4 tsp
Preparation of south indian jeera rice | jeera pulao recipe
1. Wash, soak and cook the basmati rice by adding salt as non sticky
2. Slit the chillies
3. In a thick pan melt ghee and add jeera, cinnamon, cashews, green chilli and saute
4. Add the cooked rice to this sauted mixture and mix well. If needed add little salt to taste
