Potato thokku is a great Indian veg side dish that i have come across.potato thoku is a combination of tomato,onion and chilli powder.The dish spicy and delicious.

 

 

Ingredients of Indian Spicy Potato Gravy Recipe | Aloo Tamatar Subzi | potato sambar | Aloo Ki Sabzi

   


Potato 15    


Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp    


Toamto2    


Onions 2    


Chilli powder 1 tsp   

 
Turmeric powder a pinch  

  
Salt to taste   

 
Oil 2 tsp    

Preparation of Indian Spicy Potato Gravy Recipe | Aloo Tamatar Subzi | potato sambar | Aloo Ki Sabzi

     

1. Cook and peel the skins of kelanghu and cut into halves and keep aside

   
2. In a kadhai add oil, put thalimpu and add the chopped onions, and saute    


3. Add the chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute    


4. Add the cooked kelanghu pieces and chilli powder and turmeric powder and salt and saute


5. Fry the pieces till they turn golden brown
