Ingredients of kerala style ada pradhaman recipe (Traditional Kerala style ada Payasam )
Ada ½ cup, Cardamon powder ½ tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Ghee ¼ cup, Cashews few, Dry grapes few, Grated coconut 1-11/2 cup, Palm jaggery 1 cup
Preparation of kerala style ada pradhaman recipe (Traditional Kerala style ada Payasam )
1. Ada will be available readymade
2. Heat 2 tsp of ghee and fry the ada
3. Heat 2 tsp of ghee and fry the cashews and dry grapes in it till golden brown
4. To the grated coconut add water and grind and squeeze the milk thickly
5. Extract the second milk from the coconut and keep it aside
6. Grate or crush the jaggery and keep it aside
7. Boil the ada with little water till it becomes smooth and at the same time boil the second coconut milk till it
gets thickened
8. Add the grated jaggery, cardamon powder, cooked ada and all the fried dry fruits and the remaining ghee together and mix well and cook for few more mins and then serve
