Raw rice flour 1 kg, Eggs 4, Grated coconut 4 cups, Sugar 2-3 tsp, Salt a pinch, Oil to fry, Vanilla essence ½ tsp, Black sesame seeds ¼ cup

1. Take a large bowl and add flour to it
2. Take the milk from coconut and add it to the flour
3. Beat the eggs well till frothy
4. To the flour add all the above ingredients and mix it well without any lumps
5. Heat oil in a kadhai and take a achappam mould and dip the mould in the batter and place it in the hot oil the
achappam will come out separately
6. Carefully turn the achappams and carry on the procedure till the batter is over
