Kerala Style Vegetable Kurma Recipe ( vegetable kurma kerala style Recipe | kerala vegetable korma recipe )

 

 

Ingredients of  Kerala Style Vegetable Kurma Recipe ( vegetable kurma kerala style Recipe | kerala vegetable korma recipe )

 

 

Chopped carrot pieces ¼ cup, Chopped beans ¼ cup, Chopped cauliflower ¼ cup, Chopped potatoes ¼ cup, Green peas ¼ cup , Green chilli 5-6, Onions 2-3, Tomatoes 2-3, Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, Milk ½ cup, Curd 2 tsp, Fennel seeds – sombu ¼ tsp, Oil 1-2 tsp, Ghee 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Coriander powder 1-2 tsp, Jeera powder ½ tsp, Curry leaves few, Coriander chopped for garnishing, Cinnamon, cardamom2 pieces each, Cashews 5-6, Cloves 4-5, Grated coconut ¼ cup

 

Preparation of Kerala Style Vegetable Kurma Recipe ( vegetable kurma kerala style Recipe | kerala vegetable korma recipe )

1. Grind cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, grated coconut and half of the chilli to a fine paste, by adding little water if required


2. In a pan heat oil and ghee together, when it is hot add fennel seeds and curry leaves and allow it to splutter


3. To this add finely chopped onions, green chilli and sauté till they turn golden brown


4. Add the ginger garlic paste and the chopped vegetables and sauté for 1-2 mins and to this add the coriander powder, jeera powder, required water and salt and allow it to cook on a medium flame for about 10-12 mins


5. To this add the curd and the ground paste and allow it to boil and at last add the milk and allow it to boil and
then remove from fire and garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
