Ingredients for Make mango ice cream recipe
Milk 1 litre
Cornflour 21/2 tsp
Gelatin 1 tsp
Sugar ¾ cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Mango essence 1 tsp
Cooled milk ¼ cup
Mangopuree 1 cup
Powdered sugar ¼ cup
How to Prepare | Make mango ice cream recipe
1. Boil the milk for about fifteen to twenty mins by constant stirring
2. Add the cornflour to the cooled milk and mix well
3. To the boiling milk add cornflour an dsugar and mix well
4. After five mins switch off the stove. In aanother kadhai add three spoons of water to gelatin and heat lightly till it melts and add to the little cooled milk and mix well
5. Freeze the mixture till it starts tightening
6. Take it out add the mango pulp, fresh cream, powdered sugar and essence and beat well till it becomes creamy and freeze it
