How to make Icecream cone Recipe

Description Icecream cone Recipe

Pineapple 1 bowl

Mango 1 bowl
Grapes ½ bowl
Banana 1 cup
Honey 200 ml
Dates 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
Sugar 8 tsp
Citric acid 1 tsp
Milk maid 400 gm
Cashews 100 gm
Cherry 100 gm
Gelatin 4 tsp
Tutty fruitty 100 gm
Rose essence 1 pinch

For making cone:
Maida 400 gm
Salt a pinch
Rice flour 100 gm
Oil ½ kg
Soda salt 2 pinch

How to Prepare Icecream cone Recipe

1. Shift maida, rice flour, salt and soda salt and mix like a dough with water and keep aside for fifteen mins.
2. Roll the dough as small balls and as chapattis. Cut them into two and fold them as cones and cut them as the edges.
3. Deep fry these cones in oil till golden brown.
4. Chop all the fruit pieces finely.
5. Melt gelatin, sugar and citric acid with a little water by heating.
6. To this add mix all the other ingredients and refrigerate for two hours.
7. Before serving take it out and put it in the cones and serve, garnished with tutty fruity and cherries.
