Ingredients of Easy Coconut Khova Icecream recipe
milk ¾ litre, khova 25 gm, fresh cream ½ cup, dry coconut powder ½ cup, sugar ½ cup, vanilla ice cream ¼ tsp, cardamon powder a pinch
corn flour ½ tsp, cooled milk 1 tsp, saffron 5 petals, instant coffee powder ½ tsp
preparation of Easy Coconut Khova Icecream recipe
1. Boil milk in a thick vessel till it gets thickened to half
2. Mix the cornflour to the cooled milk without any lumps
3. Add sugar and cornflour solution to the boiling milk and stir well
4. Add khova, saffron and mix well
5. When it starts attaching to the spoon switch it off and cool it
6. Freeze it for two hours, take it out and beat well and again freeze for two hours and beat it again.
7. Add the grated coconut powder, cream and beat well and freeze it
8. When it is freezened tightly sprinkle the coffee powder and serve
