Thick coconut milk 1 cup, milk 4 cup, milk powder 1 cup, gelatin ½ tsp, sugar ¾ cup, corn flour 2 tsp, butter 2 tsp, vanilla essence ¼ tsp

1. Boil the milk for 15 mins
2. Mix coconut milk, gelatin, sugar and corn flour together
3. Add this to the boiling milk and boil till it comes up and switch it off and cool it
4. Add butter and essence and beat well
5. Transfer this contents to an ice tray and freeze it
6. When it is half setted take it out and again beat it well and freeze it for six to eight hours
