Coconut 1
Green chilli 6
Curd ½ cup
Salt to taste
Onion 1
Mustard 1 tsp
Urad dhall 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil 2 tsp
Preparation for Coconut curd chutney | pachadi recipe
1. Grind coconut, salt and chillies to a fine paste
2. Add curd to the grinded paste
3. Heat oil in a kadhai add mustard, urad dhall, curry leaves and chopped onion and saute by adding salt
4. Add this to the curd mixture and mix well
