Description
Besan flour chutney delightful variety of Indian chutney.Besan flour chutney is extremely simple to prepare and the ingredients are easily obtainable.Besan flour chutney is excellent to be taken along chapatis and nans.
Ingredients
Sour curd 1 cup
Besan flour ¼ cup
Small onion chopped ¼ cup
Green chilli 4
Ginger 1 small piece
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard ¼ tsp
Urad dhall ¼ tsp
Red chilli 1
Curry leaves few
Coriander few
Preparation
1. Mix the besan flour to the curd without any lumps and add turmeric powder and salt to it
2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, red chilli, urad dhall, curry leaves and chopped onion, chilli and ginger till golden brown and add the mixed ingredients to the kadhai
3. Boil for two to three mins and then serve
