Narthangai or Oorugai is one of the healthiest vegetable with many healthy benifits. Here in this Narthangai pachidi recipe you can have this as a side dish along with rice.
Ingredients for Narthangai Pachadi | Curd Chutney
1. Medium sized narthanghai 2
2. Chilli powder ½ tsp
3. Salt to taste
4. Mustard ¼ tsp
5. Curry leaves few
6. Jaggery powder ¼ cup
7. Oil 1 tsp
How to Prepare Oorugai Pachidi
1. Chop the narthanghai to fine pieces and saute in oil and pressure cook till the pieces are cooked
2. Heat oil and saute mustard, curry leaves and add the cooked pieces and saute till the water is absorbed
3. Add salt, chilli powder and a little water and boil it
4. Add the jaggery powder and boil for sometime and then cool it and serve
