1. Grated Coconut ¼ cup
2. Oil 1 tsp
3. Mustard ¼ tsp
4. Asafoetida ¼ tsp
5. Curry Coriander leaves few
6. salt to taste
7. Green chilli 2
8. Curd 11/2 cup


How to Prepare Thengai Pachadi

 

1. Grind coconut, chilli and salt to a paste and mix with the curd
2. Heat oil and saute mustard, asafoetida and curry leaves and add to the coconut curd and mix well and serve garnished with coriander leaves
