Ingredients for Butter Cake
1. Butter 100 gm
2. Sugar 100 gm
3. Egg 3
4. Maida 100 gm
5. Baking powder ¼ tsp
6. Vanilla essence ½ tsp
How to Prepare Butter Vanilla Cake at Home
1. Powder the sugar in a mixer
2. In a bowl add butter and sugar and beat well to mix it
3. In another vessel beat the eggs, maida and baking powder and add the sugar and butter and beat well
4. Add vanilla essence and beat well such that it should bubbles out
5. Transfer the contents to a cooking pan greased with oil
6. Fill the cooker half with sand andheat it. When it is slightly hot keep the cake mixture pan on it
7. Close the lid and pressure cook for about twenty mins without any whistle
8. Transfer the cake to a plate. Do icing of your desired taste for the cake
