Ingredients for Wheat cake
1. Wheat flour ½ cup
2. Grated jaggery 1/3 cup
3. Gasagasa(Khus khus) ½ tsp
4. Cardamon powder ½ tsp
5. Ghee 4 tsp
How to prepare Eggless Wheat Cake
1. Grease a pan with ghee and sprinkle the gasagasa on it and keep aside
2. Melt the remaining ghee in a frying pan and add the wheat flour to it and roast it until it turns golden brown
3. Remove the pan from fire and to it add the jaggery and the cardamon powder and mix well till the jaggery melts
4. Pour the ingredients to the greased pan and spread it evenly using a spatula
5. Allow it to cool and when it gets set cut it to diamond shapes and serve
