 Chilli vada Recipe is a hot chilli vada recipe coming from the land of rajastan.Chilli vada Recipe is very easy to prepare and the ingredients are a few and the taste is absolutely delicious with chilli taste and potatoes nicely blending together.

Ingredients for Mirchi Vada bajji

Green chillies 8 large sized    
Potatoes 6 medium sized    
Fresh coriander leaves a few springs    
Red chilli powder 1 tsp    
Garam masala powder 1 tsp    
Chaat masala 1 tsp    
Salt to taste    
For batter    
Besan flour 1 cup    
Baking powder 1 tsp    
Red chilli powder 1 tsp    
Salt to taste     
Oil to deep fry    


How to Prepare Mirchi | Chilli Bajji 

1. Wash, wipe dry green chillies. Slit and remove seeds. Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves    
2. Wash boil, cool, peel and grate potatoes. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder ,chaat masala  and chopped coriander leaves    
3. Mix well and divide into equal portions    
4. Stuff a little of this mixture into the green chillies and also cover this chillies with the potato mixture   
5. Prepare a thick batter using besan baking powder, red chilli powder, salt and about one cup of water. Keep batter for two minutes    
6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai. Dip stuffed green chillies into besan batter and deep fry until golden brown
