tomato 1 cup
onion 2
tomato 4
green chilli 4
chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder ¼ tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
coriander, curry leaves few
salt to taste
mustard 1 tsp
urad dhall 1 tsp
cinnamon 1
sombu ½ tsp
oil 3 tsp
Preparation for south indian Tomato semiya | vermicelli recipes
1. Cook the semiya drain the water and keep aside
2. Heat oil in a kadhai add mustard, chana dhall and urad dhall and saute
3. Add chopped chilli, onions, turmeric powder and saute
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and the ginger garlic paste and required salt and saute till the raw smell goes off
5. Add the semiya to the gravy and mix well and garnish with curry and coriander leaves
