How to cook Semiya vangi bhath | vermicelli

Its a spicy and tasty recipe .Its easy to cook and serve .It is a variety and very filling and light for breakfast.
Ingredients of Semiya vangi bhath | vermicelli
semiya 1 cup
small brinjals 5
onion 1
tamarind juice 1 tsp
turmeric powder ¼ tsp
curry leaves few
oil 2 tsp
to be powdered;
red chilli 7
coriander 11/2 tsp
chana dhall 11/2 tsp
jeera ½ tsp
grated coconut 1 tsp
oil 1 tsp
Preparation of Semiya vangi bhath | vermicelli
1. Heat a tablespoon of oil and roast the ingredients mentioned above and powder it in a mixer
2. Chop the brinjals and onions horizontally
3. Cook the semiya inexcess of water and drain the water
4. Heat ghee add mustard, chana dhall and urad dhall and saute
5. Add chopped onions and saute. Add salt, turmeric powder and tamarind and saute for one or two mins
6. Add the chopped brinjals, grinded powder and saute till the brinjals are cooked
7. If needed sprinkle some water
8. To this add the semiya and mix well
