How to make Andhra mutton curry recipe

Andhra Tamarind Mutton Curry is one of the most famous and popular vantalu non veg recipe.This recipe is hot,spicy and suits excellently with rice and roti.
Ingredients for Andhra mutton curry recipe
1. Mutton chopped 1 cup
2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
3. Chilli powder 1-2 tsp
4. Garam masala powder ½ -1 tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
7. Jeera ½ tsp
8. Chilli 1-2
9. Onion 1-2
10. Curry leaves few
11. Tamarind juice 1-2 cups
12. Mustard ½ tsp
13. Oil 2-3 tsp
How to Prepare Andhra mutton curry recipe
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the mustard, jeera and curry leaves
2. Add the chopped onion and chilli and sauté till the onions turn golden brown
3. Add the cleaned mutton pieces, ginger garlic paste and the rest of the masala powders one by one by sauting after adding every spices.
4. At last add the tamarind juice and the required salt and allow the mutton to cook on a medium flame in the pan it self till it gets cooked well, if needed little water or tamarind juice can be added in excess
5. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve
