Ingredients for Andhra Jeelakarra Karam | Andhra jeera chutney | Recipe
1. Jeera (cumin) 1 cup
2. Ghee 3-4 tsp
3. Grated wet or dry coconut 2-3 tsp
4. Red chilli 3- 4
5. Mustard
6. Urad dhall ¼ tsp each
7. Salt to taste
How to Prepare Andhra Jeelakarra Karam | Andhra jeera chutney | Recipe
1. Heat 1-2 tsp of oil and fry the jeera in it till they turn dark red
2. Allow it to cool and grind it to a fine paste by adding coconut, red chilli and required salt by adding water
3. Heat the remaing ghee and to this add the mustard, dhall and allow it to splutter and to this add the grinded chutney and allow it to cook on a medium flame for sometime till the water is absorbed and the chutney turns thick and then serve it.
