1. Cook the potatoes, peel and smash
2. Chop all the other vegetables finely
3. Heat 2 tsp of butter add chopped vegetables and saute for two mins. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt and saute

5. Cook on a low flame till it gets thickened
6. Slit the pav bhaji buns into two
