
- One teaspoon each of honey and cold milk mixed with a couple of lemon juice drops could tighten the pores and make the skin glow. They have to be left on the face for 15 minutes before being washed off.

- Half cup sea salt, 1 cup baking soda, 1 and 1/2 cup Epsom salts should be preserved in Ziploc bag. While using, few drops of fragrance oil could be added. Use half to 1/4 cup per bath. Another variety of bath salt combines 1/2 cup sea salt with one cup powdered oatmeal and half cup of chamomile, rosemary or yarrow. This could be preserved in air tight containers and used as half or quarter cup under running water.
- Similarly, 2 tablespoons each of cornstarch and glycerine could be mixed to make a strong paste heated and cooled. This paste can be smeared throughout the body and used instead of soap.
- One ounce of chamomile, 3 table spoons witch hazel, 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar with one ounce of peppermint extract could be boiled in eight ounces of water. Strain the mixture and keep refrigerated. Use as after bath spray.
- 1/2 cup cornstarch, 2 table spoons powdered zinc and five drops of essential oil could be mixed preserved and used as after bath powder for oily skin.
